Policies Check-in after 3 p.m. or by appointment Check-out is 11 a.m. (you may store your luggage after) Maximum number of guests is six - no unregistered guests allowed No smoking is allowed inside the house Cancellations All reservations require 50% of the total charges in advance. Payment must be received within seven (7) days after reservation is made. Final payment is made at the time of check-in. We accept cash, checks or money orders. Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival. All cancellations made less then 14 days prior are subject to forfeiture of deposit.
